They actually look rather similar. Really is just a matter of opinion of which looks better.

It's a nice design, but imo the Ironwing model is much nicer; it's alot more detailed (both the model and the color scheme; like the semi-transparent wings for example). This bow on the other hand is very simple, just a pair of batwings.

This one and the Ironwing look almost the same. This bow would have probably tunred out exactly the same after A-Net rendered it.
